All event participation fees, deposits, sponsorship payments, and booking charges are non-refundable, except where expressly stated in this policy or required by law.

Centurion Staunch Nexus events involve advance commitments for venues, production, marketing, staffing, and third-party suppliers. As such, refunds are limited and subject to strict conditions.

All deposits paid to secure participation (including but not limited to exhibition space, runway slots, award participation, or sponsorship packages) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Deposits confirm commitment and secure event capacity, planning, and promotion.

If a participant (exhibitor, designer, award participant, sponsor, or partner) cancels their participation after confirmation:

• More than 30 days before the event: Any deposit paid remains non-refundable. Additional amounts paid may be retained or partially credited at the sole discretion of Centurion Staunch Nexus.
• Within 30 days of the event: The participant remains liable for 100% of the total participation fee, regardless of reason. No refunds will be issued.

Failure to attend, delayed arrival, incomplete setup, or non-participation on the event day does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Participation slots are non-transferable without prior written approval from Centurion Staunch Nexus.

Approved substitutions may be subject to administrative fees and eligibility review. No guarantee is given that substitutions will be accepted.

Where Centurion Staunch Nexus arranges travel, accommodation, freight, or other third-party services on behalf of a participant:

• All such costs are governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.
• Refunds, if any, are subject to supplier policies.
• Any refunds received from suppliers will be passed on less non-refundable charges and administrative fees.

Centurion Staunch Nexus is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes made by third-party providers.

Centurion Staunch Nexus reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, venue issues, safety concerns, or government restrictions.

In such cases:

• Participants may be offered a rescheduled date, credit, or partial refund, at the discretion of Centurion Staunch Nexus.
• The Organizer is not liable for consequential losses, including travel, accommodation, or business losses.

No refunds are guaranteed where cancellation or disruption occurs due to events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, strikes, or security risks. Any remedies will follow this policy and applicable law.

Participation in CS Nexus events does not guarantee sales, media coverage, awards, sponsorship exposure, or commercial outcomes. Refunds will not be issued based on perceived results or expectations.

Centurion Staunch Nexus reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The version published on the website at the time of booking will apply.
