CS Nexus does not act as an agent, broker, or guarantor of commercial outcomes. Participation does not guarantee sales, media exposure, awards, sponsorship results, or business success. All participation is subject to written agreements, booking confirmations, published event information, and applicable policies.

Participation fees, sponsorship fees, exhibition fees, and ticket prices are stated at the time of booking. Please note the following financial terms:

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure participation.
• Full payment must be made by the deadlines communicated for each event.
• Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of participation without refund.
• All payments are payable in GBP, unless otherwise stated.

All cancellations, refunds, and transfers are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All participants (including exhibitors, designers, sponsors, partners, and attendees) agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Comply with event rules, schedules, and venue regulations.
• Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
• Ensure materials, products, and displays comply with UK law and safety regulations.
• Obtain any required insurance, licences, or permissions unless expressly agreed otherwise.

CS Nexus reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant who breaches these obligations.

Participants retain ownership of their intellectual property.

By participating, you grant CS Nexus a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use event images, video, names, and logos for promotional, editorial, marketing, and archival purposes. Event photography and videography may be used across CS Nexus platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

CS Nexus may engage third-party venues, suppliers, contractors, or service providers. We are not responsible for:

• Acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party providers.
• Losses arising from travel, accommodation, freight, or supplier issues.

Where third-party services are arranged on your behalf, their terms and conditions will apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• CS Nexus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• CS Nexus is not responsible for loss, damage, theft, or personal injury during events, except where required by law.
• Total liability of CS Nexus shall not exceed the total fees paid by the participant in relation to the relevant event.

CS Nexus shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or venue unavailability.

In such cases, CS Nexus may reschedule the event, issue credits, or apply its Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Users of this website agree not to:

• Misuse or disrupt the website.
• Upload harmful or unlawful content.
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.

CS Nexus reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.

Centurion Staunch Nexus reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of booking or participation shall apply.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
